Job Description

Our Senior Administrative Assistant position will support the Learning and Development Director.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining multiple calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Answering telephones, preparing, editing and composing correspondence
  • Creating formal presentations in PowerPoint
  • Maintaining confidential files and information
  • Assessing issues, researching and resolving problems
  • Gathering data and preparing reports
  • Ordering supplies and processing special payment authorizations and expense reimbursements
  • Coordinating a variety of complex tasks; prioritizing and working independently and proactively as needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Three or more years of administrative assistant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience creating new PPT presentations
  • Experience creating and manipulating spreadsheets for reporting
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor
  • Experience working with confidential subject matter
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
