Job Description

Position Summary:

The ATM Product Execution Manager is responsible for the short-term execution and long-term strategy of self-service/ATM solutions. This individual will need to leverage industry best practices, data & analytics, financial/ROI analysis as well as internal and external resources to deliver projects that are aligned with Retail/Business Banking and Corporate objectives.

Primary function includes managing and coordinating efforts to complete ATM projects within budget and project timeline.

• Responsible for all ATM Distribution Initiatives, include Adds, moves, changes
• Responsible of contact for coordinating one-off approved ATM project installs, relocations and removals with landlord or landlords PM
• Responsible for ongoing project calls and execution weekly for ATM Product
• Coordinate site surveys thru contractors for new ATM installs, relocations and removals
• Coordinate the prequalification and order of ATM telecommunication and dedicated electric connectivity
• Order ATM hardware/software
• Coordinate the install of software and staging of ATMs
• Responsible for vendor management in signage, rigging, and cleaning
• Communicate progress of all ATM projects to ATM distribution Manager on a weekly basis

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 3 years of distribution and/or operational management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Performed a similar product execution role within a financial institution, e-commerce provider
• Strong track record of successful process improvements
• Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a dynamic environment
• Ability to effectively communicate ideas & concepts to business and technical stakeholders
• Data driven with ability to derive insights from analytics and provide robust analysis to support recommendations
• Demonstrable experience effectively leading cross functional teams without direct reporting relationship
• Six Sigma and Six Sigma Lean certified
