Job Description

The Auto Finance Administrative Support Specialist is responsible for the day to day activities and interaction between our dealer customers and Huntington, in terms of the establishment, documentation, and maintenance and servicing of the relationship.
Key responsibilities include
* Address dealer and customer questions and concerns from the dealer hotline in a professional, helpful and timely manner
* Create and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal team members
* Service customers by providing detailed information on specific accounts and disbursing funds as appropriate.* Responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing and resolving complex problems with accounts
* Assists in obtaining documents to fund automobile loans
* Maintain Dealer files and system profiles according to procedure
* Process and maintain accurate and complete documentation
* Maintain Dealer communication through applicable dealer portal
* Maintain the regional office internal SharePoint site
* Responsible for onboarding new dealerships
* Responsible for creating and distributing reports as it relates to market competition and dealer reporting
* Compiles information from a variety of sources to prepare various reports
* Responsible for submitting local office expenses
* Responsible for assisting with dealer processes, such as title, reserve and GAP items statements
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience providing administrative and customer service related support. Auto Dealership or previous Financial lending experience preferred
* High School Diploma
Preferred Qualifications:
* Displays a high level of energy and goal orientation and demonstrates a passion for providing outstanding customer service, and will have the ability to provide examples of success.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up.
* Ability to handle multiple priorities and independently problem solve.
* PC proficiency, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Experience using AutoCount.
