Job Description

This Business Analyst 2 position will provide support for the Customer Solution Center via the creation, maintenance, and analysis of reporting. Responsibilities will also include the creation and maintenance of forms, sites, and other SharePoint needs. Colleague will be called upon to communicate to all levels of the Customer Solution Center data driven recommendations and related changes for process or reporting enhancements.

Primary Duties:

  • Creates effective reporting using a plethora of data sources, analysis, and visualization tools
  • Uses critical thinking skills to identify additional opportunities within the Customer Solution Center that contribute to our journey towards becoming a Category of One
  • Communicates clearly through both verbal and written methods with peers, managers, and other business partners on recommendations, improvements, and initiatives
  • Manages multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Adheres to bank policies and procedures
  • Exemplifies Huntington values every day

 Basic Qualifications:

  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Prior experience in reporting, process improvement, or analytics
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of customer service experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Developed SharePoint skills including: workflows, site administration and maintenance, and InfoPath forms
  • Highly proficient knowledge of MS Office applications with strong Excel, Access, and PowerPoint skills
  • 2+ years of Customer Solution Center or other call center experience
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, while maintaining quality work
  • Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Flexible, accurate, highly organized, and pays attention to detail
  • Proven ability to meet goals, set requirements and work with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments
  • Proven teamwork and ability to collaborate with internal partners
  • Aptitude for identifying continuous improvement opportunities and solutions
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate results effectively
  • Prior experience with VBA, VB Script, SQL, or other coding languages
