Job Description

Provide specialized support for Business Unit, Management and others as needed, including, but not limited to production support for Loan Services, report creation, process change, and development support utilizing technical knowledge, along with collaborating with internal and external business partners to align both technical and process solutions with Loan Services business strategies.

Primary Duties:

  • Provide production support of multiple applications across the department. Create Business requirements as necessary
  • Anticipate and track issues that may affect projects and production. Escalate issues as needed to appropriate level of management in a timely manner
  • Provide analytical support as needed
  • Ad hoc report creation
  • Establishes effective controls and processes to ensure risks are measured, monitored, and controlled and compliance requirements are adhered to on an on-going basis.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure components, including servers, databases, middleware, operating systems, and connectivity. Technical knowledge to include but not limited to: SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, C#, SSIS, VBA, VBScript, ODBC Connections, Monarch, Shell Scripting, SharePoint, Visio, Excel, XML, and Crystal
  • Responsible for delivering functionality that meets the needs of the external and internal customers, while meeting business area goals and objectives. Developing requirements, test plans, test scripts, managing projects, and developing project tasks while following the System Development Life Cycle. Development of process flow diagrams, database mapping, etc. to better communicate with all levels of understanding. Evaluating system impacts as result of changes and regression testing.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 3+ yrs of experience in Information Technology/ Business analysis related work, which can be a combination of internships/course work completed/projects/ professional work experience.
  • SQL Server or Oracle databases knowledge and experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • C# (C-Sharp) knowledge and experience
  • VBA knowledge and experience
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft suite of products
  • Problem solving skills including Root Cause Analysis.
  • Ability to gather and interpret data and communicate results effectively
  • Ability to work in team environment
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments
  • Understanding of Consumer Lending products or systems (preferred Black Knight MSP) and compliance/regulatory guidelines (FMLA, RESPA,OCC, CFPB)
  • Experience in a Financial Operations Business Unit or IT experience, preferably Consumer Lending Operations.
