Job Description

As part of SMART Strategy, the business analyst (BA) is accountable for claims intake from the clients and reporting the incident to their insurance carrier. The BA needs to follow-up with the client to make sure their claims are received and handled appropriately by the insurance carrier. It's a critical component of our claims department that our clients receive the prompt service from the insurance claims department. Additionally, BA is responsible to gather data, input the data into Mod Master software and obtain the analysis report. BA will assist with claims loss runs and help Claims Specialist. BA will also assist the Loss Prevention Department by gathering data, inputting them into Excel Spreadsheet and manipulating it to analyze the result.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 3 years experience with Excel,  Microsoft Office, and multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
