Job Description

As a Business Analyst 3 for Customer Advocacy, this position will partner with several groups/teams across the organization to create scope, requirements, process workflows, and testing for all systems used within Customer Advocacy (e.g., MaritzCX, MAX, SCRA, Verint, and others). This person will become very knowledgeable on how each of the systems operate and able to answer questions on the use of the system and perform system administration functions within each. This person will also be responsible for testing production changes, document and coordinate system enhancements, develop reports and dashboards as needed, and contribute to the success of Customer Advocacy's Data Governance program by monitoring and addressing data quality and data inconsistency opportunities as they arise. To be successful the candidate for this position must be driven and well-organized, possess excellent leadership qualities, and a strong willingness to learn and collaborate with others.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Technology and data related initiatives for Customer Advocacy

- Work closely with Business Leads and other Business Analysts on projects to ensure the goals and objectives are captured within the project scope

- Help coordinate and facilitate the project's scope, requirements, and testing sessions as necessary

- Gather and document business requirements, document processes and procedures, develop testing scripts for system and data related initiatives

- Manage and participate in User Acceptance Testing

- Participate in the review and/or approval of key project deliverables and helps ensure they tie back to the project's scope and requirements

Provide business and light technical support of survey management tool and other applications

- Work with the vendor and/or internal technology teams in supporting the use and enhancement of systems

- Answer technical or operational questions regarding the MaritzCX platform and others

- Perform user access and other system administration tasks within the MaritzCX platform

- Review and monitor samples related to customer satisfaction studies

- Support Customer Advocacy's Data Governance initiatives by developing and implementing procedures and reports to address data quality and data usage

- Develop dashboards and reports within the MaritzCX platform as needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree plus minimum of 5 years of experience writing business and functional requirements, system testing, and/or system support
  • In lieu of degree, High School diploma or GED plus minimum of 9 years of experience writing business and functional requirements, system testing, and/or system support

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Willingness and aptitude for new technical concepts and skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Focus on customer service
