Job Description:

• Leads the various administrative functions for Business Banking in support of the Leadership Team Member and Senior Management for ongoing day to day operations of the Business Banking segment and programs.
• Responsible for developing and executing plans based on segment and company priorities.
• Provides leadership on special projects such as integration of acquisitions, evaluation/execution of new business opportunities and resources, and management of operational improvement projects.
• Acts as Business Banking liaison for strategic planning and capital initiatives.
• Analyzes business systems, processes and controls to ensure efficient and profitable functions.
• Guides efforts to achieve organization effectiveness and efficiency for strategic alignment, internal communications, vendor management, and support partner alignment.
• Ensures staff is properly trained, provided with appropriate resources.
• Continually evaluates strategic direction and risks against the impact of economic, technological, competitive, regulatory, and other environmental changes.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7-10 years of related experience
