The HTF Reporting & Analytics team is looking for a high-energy and innovative team member to work with us on using data to help improve business processes and operational efficiency. The candidate will also help with the discovery, design and implementation of modern analytical tools throughout our organization. We are looking to make data more accessible and understandable to allow for more data driven decision making and to use data to improve the operations of our company.

We are looking for candidates with a track record of successfully using data to improve business process. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter willing to work independently and go where the data leads!

 Role and Responsibilities:

  • Business process development using insights found in data
  • Leads business teams through process reengineering to enhance workflows and implement efficiencies.
  • Provides recommendations and serves as advocate on tools, templates and processes for operational optimization.
  • Recurring business and regulatory reporting
  • Training of business users on new reports and data analysis techniques
  •  Continuous refinement and improvement of reports, dashboards and processes
  •  Data mining and report development
  •   Dashboard and visualization creation
  •   Discovery, development and implementation of analytics platform
  •   Ad-hoc reporting/data analysis requests

Basic Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor's degree in fields such as business, economics, statistics, mathematics, data analytics, or similar.
  • Minimum of three years of experience utilizing project management methodology to execute approved initiatives, which include new process development, new or enhanced technology and operational efficiencies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  •  Business process development experience
  •  Experience or Certification in Lean or Six Sigma techniques
  •  Advanced MS Excel skills required, advanced MS Access skills preferred
  •  Intermediate to advanced SQL skills
  •  Proven ability to find insights in data and use these to improve business operations
  •  Ability to use data to answer complex business questions
