Brief Description:
This position will be ideally located at the Easton Operations Center. Position will entail M-F during business hours but will be required to support evening and weekend deployments on a fairly regular basis as well as a rotational on call schedule.

Detailed Description:

• Position is a support role for ENS Contact Center.

• The resource will act as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) and will perform tasks such as servicing end user incident reports, patching and validation, QA testing, system analysis and health checks, quantification of impacts or benefits and in general assist to maintain the integrity and health of contact center applications and infrastructure.

• In addition to support the job will include supporting and some development within contact center systems including reporting, Recording Suite Products (Recording, Speech Analytics, Record on Demand, Process Assistant Automations, Workforce Management and Gamification).

• This position will include scope and requirements gathering as well as other steps required by Huntington's system development and life cycle process.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Min 3 yrs of experience in computer support or business systems analysis which includes a min of 1 year of experience in contact center management or support

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with contact center reporting and or routing systems
