Detailed Description:
• Provide daily production support for Oracle HR/Payroll, enhancement projects and technical debt initiatives related to Oracle ERP.
• Facilitate business and systems analysis discussions, and translate findings into clearly defined Business Requirements Document, Functional Design Document.
• Work with the Oracle developers in validating that the development design aligns with the functional design.
• Assist QA team with creating test Scripts needed to validate the Functional design for a flawless delivery.
• Participate in System Integration testing and User Acceptance testing with the business users to ensure a high quality delivery.
• Work with business users to present, create, and coordinate the delivery of Oracle application solutions Advanced Pricing
• Maintain knowledge of current and future functionality and capabilities around Oracle applications during Oracle Summer Family Pack releases.
• Provide in-depth functional solutions to business leaders and IT management that ensure development and configuration of efficient application systems in accordance with established standards, procedures, and methodologies
• Support corporate decisions, guidance, laws, regulations, and policy in the development of new application solutions

Basic Qualifications:
•Min 5 years of Business Systems Analysis experience
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:
•Prior experience in Oracle R12/11i or similar ERP application supporting HR, Benefits and Payroll.
