Job Description

Basic Description:
This is an IT position that the candidate will lead projects of large to extra-large size in nature. The candidate will be assigned projects that require detailed documentation to be developed and will also provide consultative support to other team members, such as technical staff and QA Analysts. In addition, coordination with cross impacted teams is required.

Detailed Description:
- Work with business partners within one or more business unit to align technology solutions with business strategies.
- Demonstrate an in depth knowledge of a business area in the context of the business client's unit to identify and communicate how IT solutions can strategically assist and support.
- Supports one or more business processes, requiring design or integration of functional specifications that may cross multiple functions of the business.

Basic Qualifications:


• Bachelor's Degree
• Min 7 yrs of Business Systems Analyst experience along with prior experience in writing requirements for mainframe applications -- primarily system enhancement projects
• Knowledge of the Hogan Deposits System required

Preferred Qualifications:


• Banking, Mainframe application experience
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills, to all levels of the organization
• Strong writing skills and the ability to document business and functional specifications to be utilized for development and testing activities
• Detailed-oriented. Must ask relevant questions to drill into the details
• Organization skills to coordinate activities in all phases of the Project Life Cycle
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines
