Brief Description:

Responsible for supporting InfoSec applications (Projects, Impacted Projects, and Production Support). Also supports Data Protection, Vulnerability Management, Access Provisioning and Re-certification processes.



Detailed Description:


• Collaborates with InfoSec and IT colleagues to gather and define the scope and business requirements for Strategic, BAU, and Production Support projects/tasks.
• Actively participates in the design and build phases of the project to provide clarification and support for the approved business requirements.
• Works closely with the QA staff to ensure test script and cases cover the functionality being developed.
• Coordinates User Acceptance Testing to verify the system is operating as intended and the line of business is ready to consume the new functionality.



Basic Qualifications:


• Bachelor's Degree
• Min 5 years of progressive experience as a Business Systems Analyst



Preferred Qualifications:


• Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail
• Independent problem solver
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of the Banking Industry
• MS Office experience including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Strong background and familiarity with InfoSec Applications is a plus
• Previous experience supporting Data Protection and Vulnerability Management processes is a plus
• Exposure to creating, implementing, and/or testing operational controls is a plus
