Job Description

Detailed Description:
* May work independently as representative BSA for application team, partner with other Retail and Business Banking BSAs, or under direction of Service Delivery Manager also on the project pending the size/complexity of initiative.
* Collaborate with product team, technology team, and Operations Group to elicit/author scope document, project requirements, and Acceptance Criteria.
* Assess application impact at IT Scope and coordinate related estimation sessions with the project team.
* Review and Approve Project Scope, Requirements, Mockups, Content Matrix and Test Plan.
* Attend Project Status meetings for assigned projects to provide Project Manager with progress updates.
* Work closely with Project Managers and Technology team to formulate target delivery dates for the Scope Document (as applicable), Requirements Doc, and deliver according to the planned schedule.
* During Project Lifecycle, support the development and test teams by providing requirements clarification, issue resolution, and process improvement in order to ensure the delivered product is functioning accurately and within the defined business objectives.
* Provide subject matter expertize and validation support during the rollout of new functionality & during the post deployment warranty period.

* Provide development team assistance with production issues.
* Communicate project status to manager and escalate issues impacting the project or release.
* Create Process Flow Diagrams, Data Requirements modeling & Requirements Traceability Matrix as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
* Minimum 5 years of experience in business and IT requirements analysis, detailed documentation and requirements management

Preferred Qualifications:
* Preferred with some ATM application experience.

* Must have previous card processing experience.
* Must work effectively in a team environment and possess strong commitment to the team and the client.
* Must have previous experience facilitating meetings/discussion groups related to requirements definition/gathering, issue resolution, and process improvement.

* Must have previous experience working with Vendor applications.

* Proficient in Microsoft suite of applications or other requirements management tools.
* Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, leadership, time management and organizational skills.
