Job Description

Collaborate with the business partners to champion and execute simplified solutions to improve the customer and colleague experience across the Commercial Business Units. Promote innovative improvements that result in more efficient processes and more informed decision-making; aligning to strategic priorities. Key objectives are to conduct and complete the following:

  • End-to-End Assessments
  • Iterative Enhancements
  • Improved Tools and Processes
  • Own significant pieces of entire improvement work stream, identifying qualitative and quantitative analyses required and executing with little oversight
  • Identify weaknesses, gaps and opportunities for improvement across all aspects of business model
  • Demonstrate ability to closely partner with senior and line managers, other key stakeholders and team members; Collaboration with business partners will be critical to ensuring successful execution
  • Partner with project team members to develop frameworks and insights to address key process improvement, organizational change, and functional strategy development efforts
  • Work with others to identify major issues and actionable opportunities, design solutions, and quantify potential benefits
  • Encourage culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Foster strategic partnerships across the organization
  • Develop and maintain executive level materials (Business Reviews, Program Updates, etc.)
  • Develop junior team members
  • Project Management Skills: Must be able to scope, create and execute workable plans while managing multiple projects simultaneously; Ability to balance competing priorities and appropriately set expectations
  • Communication and Influencing Skills: Be flexible in work style and be able to partner with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels. Analyze findings, develop recommendations, and present to senior leaders

 Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of seven (7) years Program Management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree

 Preferred Requirements:

  • Critical-thinker able to quickly identify themes and patterns and connect the dots for solutions or efficiencies
  • Strong leadership skills that drive results; Able to lead via influence rather than direct management
  • Results-focused, highly-motivated and self-starter
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent writing skills to ensure clear, concise documents, tools, and templates
  • Attention to detail and ability to creatively find opportunities for improvement
  • Strong communication skills; Able to manage varying personalities
  • Collaborator comfortable working with a variety of leadership levels
  • Ability to utilize MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and Visio
  • Experience in Financial Services, Commercial Banking, Capital Markets, and/or Treasury Management preferred
