Brief Description -- Provide sales and administrative support for Cleveland-based Middle Market Commercial Banking team, with an emphasis on report creation and report maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Support sales efforts of relationship management team by

  • Guiding relationship managers in their collective effort to maintain complete and accurate customer and prospect activity (opportunities, referrals, calls) and data (prospect lists, parent/child alignment, team assignment) in MAX Salesforce
  • Creating Credit Compliance Monitoring Forms in MAX Salesforce
  • Preparing various weekly reports using MAX Salesforce
  • Researching prospects using Avention software and assisting with the development and sorting of prospect lists
  • Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of customer and prospect relationship plans
  • Creating project-oriented PowerPoint decks
  • Preparing internal sales meeting agendas
  • Coordinating Product Partner interactions on behalf of team lead
  • Scheduling treasury management relationship annual reviews between Relationship Manager and Treasury Management Sales Advisor
  • Working with Proposal Direct and Deal Management to assist in the preparation of pitch books and sales decks, as needed
  • Provide administrative support to management team by
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings in Outlook
  • Setting up conference calls
  • Maintaining up-to-date contact cards in Outlook
  • Maintaining internal colleague/partner phone list
  • Completing expense reports
  • Making travel reservations
  • Distributing reports and other reference materials as needed
  • Coordinating mixers/meetings
  • Onboarding new colleagues
  • Completing ServiceNow Tickets
  • Maintaining Business Continuity Plan
  • Scanning, copying, faxing
  • Maintaining copiers/scanners/printers
  • Ordering supplies
  • Sorting and distributing mail

 Create or compile reports, including

  • Internal meeting agendas and attachments
  • Weekly Workload and CRRS Tracking Reports
  • Biweekly Asset Quality Report
  • Monthly portfolio lists sorted by manager and by team member
  • Profitability reports from OnePoint, sorted by manager and team member
  • Other reports, compiled from a variety of sources, as needed

 Minimum qualifications

  • 1-3 years' experience
  • High School Diploma

 Preferred qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Commercial Banking is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is strongly preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues and all levels of management
  • Desire to provide excellent service to both internal and external clients
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to collaborate with others
  • Proven problem solving skills to handle complex issues, including a willingness to be resourceful and work independently
