Job Description

The Commercial Business Risk Office -- Analyst is responsible for leading the development and management of complex business risk programs that support the segment including the development of policy, procedures, metrics, and reporting. Spearheads critical and essential segment wide projects based on risk strategies, regulatory changes or business unit strategic needs. Responsible for implementing segment risk strategies within existing business risk programs and ensuring compliance with Segment Risk and Corporate Risk expectations. Displays thought leadership to identify and develop best practices with a focus on continuous improvement of the business risk programs and the risk environment within the segment. Responsible for coordinating with business unit leadership on changes to business risk programs resulting from changes in the risk environment, changes in segment processes or new product implementation.

Provides coaching and technical support to colleagues responsible for the day to day execution of the business risk programs. Coordinates with relevant parties in the segment and with business partners to create a proactive and collaborative approach to managing business risk within the segment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years' experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
