Job Description

Manages the workflow of the Regulatory Onboarding team. Provides regulatory guidance specific to customer documentation and account opening policies, working to ensure all decisions and actions are aligned with established Huntington standards. Partners with the AML/BSA group in researching and understanding new or changing regulatory requirements. Performs enhanced due diligence (EDD) on high risk individuals and businesses that are escalated by the Onboarding team. Leads projects and develops standards when addressing unstructured situations in an effort to ensure an optimal customer experience while balancing regulatory expectations. Leads the effort to establish strong collaborative relationships with the customer facing sales and service teams.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5-7 years
  • Bachelor's Degree
