Job Description

Responsible for running all aspects of one or more Consumer Bank recognition, development, or training programs and providing back up support on others, including but not limited to: Branch Manager Academy, Retail Leadership Program, Colleague Advisory Group, Director's Club, or DM Summit. Responsibilities include: developing, implementing, and monitoring the curriculum. Summarizes and analyzes performance of programs and identifies and leads continuous improvement of programs to achieve each programs objectives. Owning pre and post communication and administration to participants and their leaders.

  • Facilitate, present and train on conference calls and/or in person events
  • Coach and mentor colleagues in programs to greater success
  • Evaluate and continuously improve program effectiveness
  • Own administrative tasks around scheduling calls and events including but not limited to creating agendas, sending invitations, and preparing/printing materials

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of banking experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of project management or event planning experience
