Consumer & Business Banking CFO

Job Description:

Responsible for the financial management of Consumer Business Banking segment. Works with Senior Management to drive top quartile financial performance. Directs a team of associates in setting and implementing financial management and reporting standards and objectives. (Internal customers include Executive Management, Segment Management, Product Management, and Corporate Finance.)

Responsible for the planning and forecasting process, and the analysis and interpretation of performance trends requiring management's attention. Presents findings and specific recommendations to senior management.

Specific skills should include:

• Managing the budgeting and forecasting process across multiple businesses, including Consumer Banking, Business Banking, Home Lending, Credit Card, and Retail Investments.
• Working with senior management to create strategies and tactics to improve performance.
• Ability to attract, develop and manage a high performing finance team
• Forecasting loan and deposit product balance trends based on sales pipelines, interest rates, product initiatives, seasonality and other relevant factors.
• Forecasting loan and deposit product rates based on rate curve forecasts, product initiatives and customer demand.
• Forecasting fee income including mortgage banking income, investment sales, deposit fees, treasury management, and card income.
• Forecasting and Budgeting Expenses.
• Forecasting and tracking Strategic Initiatives.
• Providing comprehensive analysis of balance sheet, net interest margin, non- interest income, and expenses.
• Product profitability/pricing analysis.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business/Finance/Economics/Accounting required.
• Minimum of 10 years finance experience in financial services.
• Must have a minimum of 10 years management experience.
• Strong Excel experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Essbase is preferred.
