Job Description

Responsible for the appropriate level of service required to provide 100 percent uptime of Data Center equipment and related Critical Sites infrastructure. This includes but is not limited to; all Huntington Critical Sites Locations (which will include occasional travel), Raised Floor Space, and Equipment. Responsible for the performance of Preventive Maintenance (PM), repairs to equipment and systems as follows;

- Batteries

- Electrical Systems

- HVAC systems

- Power Distribution Units (PDU)

- Plumbing Systems

- Raised Flooring Systems

- UPS Equipment

- Equipment Monitoring Systems (Site Scan, Trane Summit Tracer, etc.)

- Equipment Control Systems

- Standby Generator Systems

- Fire & Suppression Systems

• Supervision as required of contracted service personnel in the performance and delivery of the above listed systems maintenance. During normal or after business hours as required. Assist with various duties as deemed necessary by the Critical Sites Manager to assist in the smooth delivery and performance of the department.

• Provide 24/7 on--call emergency service response & support as necessary to maintain data center equipment and operation. Work with IT and raised floor colleagues as needed.

• Excellent customer service skills, time management, and ability to prioritize tasks, Identify risk and provide leadership to correct issues. Assist Critical Sites Manager with expense and capital budgeting

Ability to Write and follow detailed policies and procedures using Microsoft Office software. Maintain Work Order Preventive Maintenance (PM) System.

• Maintain records and documentation for equipment and systems in use.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 7+ years experience with critical systems and raised floor environments
