This is an entry-level position that will administer and support Crystal Enterprise Reporting Application. This person will onboard new users, apply configuration changes, permission changes, migrate code, troubleshoot environment issues and program failures. This person will be supporting business users on Crystal Applications, hence collaboration and communication skills are critical. This role also will be responsible for software/patch updates, ticket resolution, performance tuning and establish standards, best practices for Crystal Applications. There is lot of potential growth for this position in learning advanced skills with Crystal and grow into a senior role.

Willingness to learn and support: Crystal Enterprise Tools & Banking Knowledge


• User onboarding, code, promotion, provide end user support and implement configuration changes as needed
• Submit appropriate tickets, change controls for the changes
• Support business users in resolving their issues and associated tickets

• Ability to work independently and multi task within a collaborative work environment
• Excellent troubleshooting, organizational and analytical skills
• Willingness and aptitude for continuous improvement (new technical concepts and skills)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 1 year experience with any reporting, SAS or ETL tool administration

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• 1 year experience on crystal reporting administration
• 1 year crystal report development
• 1 year scripting experience
