Job Description

As a Senior Customer Experience Data Architect, this position will partner with several groups/teams across the organization to drive scope, requirements, data mappings, and data flows, for all of the systems and data used by Customer Advocacy. This person will be knowledgeable of data management and governance in support of all data and systems in use by Customer Advocacy. While this role will not have direct reports, this person will be responsible for leading project teams and working directly with senior leadership in Customer Advocacy. To be successful the candidate for this position must be driven and well-organized, possess excellent leadership qualities, and a strong willingness to learn and collaborate with others.

Responsibilities include, but no limited to:

• Drive data related initiatives for Customer Advocacy (80%)

• Assume a leadership role on data related projects to ensure the goals and objectives are captured within the project scope
• Help drive the project's scope, requirements, and design sessions as necessary

i. Assist with gathering and understanding business requirements, document processes and procedures for data related initiatives

• Participate in the review and/or approval of key data deliverables and helps ensure they tie back to the project's scope and requirements
• Coordinate the mapping of all data flows, designing, organizing, and maintaining of data tables for all data sources including customer, peer benchmarking, colleague and general market research, complaints, and colleague feedback
• Document all solution and data architecture design and analysis work in Customer Advocacy
• Document and execute process rules and data standards to integrate customer satisfaction results across research studies
• Develop and maintain documentation supporting the flow of data into and out of the MaritzCX platform as well as other systems used within Customer Advocacy

• Provide report and metric design/development support (20%)

• Work with others to enhance automation of standard reports and data views
• Develop dashboards and reports within the MaritzCX platform as needed

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or similar discipline OR 11 years of experience
• Minimum 7 years of experience in multiple technology areas which includes a minimum of 5 years of experience in database design, modeling, and ETL processesPreferred Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of SQL
• Experience in data warehousing
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office-Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and analytical skills
• Willingness and aptitude for new technical concepts and skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Focus on customer service
