Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst (Grade 73) -- Req ID 27330

Brief Description:

Responsible for supporting Cybersecurity Domains (Identify & Access Management, Threat Intel & Vulnerability Management, Operations & Network Security, Data Protection) by manage their Standards, Communication, Training, and Metrics.

Detailed Description:

  • Collaborates with Cybersecurity Domain owners and staff to gather, author, and review changes to policy/standards, training material, and metrics.
  • Manages the communication of cybersecurity awareness topics and security changes that impact the enterprise.
  • Partners with Domain owners and Risk (1st, 2nd, and 3rd line) to remediate findings, action plans, and risk acceptances.
  • Coordinates Cybersecurity responses to business customer inquiries and regulatory exams. Supports continuous improvement efforts for Cybersecurity processes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Min 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Maintain a current awareness and understanding of appropriate consumer financial laws, regulations, and internal policies/standards required to comply
  • Breakdown regulations and document responses to verify coverage; partner with Legal
  • Coordinate Cybersecurity regulatory exam responses; gather required information, obtain approval, track outstanding action items, etc.
  • Support business customer inquiries, surveys, and audits
  • Coordinate the creation of segment deliverables
  • Identify and drive process improvements
  • Independent problem solver; detail oriented
  • Strong organization and team building skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Exposure to Cybersecurity risk frameworks and standards (NIST, FFEIC, ISO 27002, COBIT, PCI, etc.)
  • MS Office experience including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Knowledge of the Banking Industry is a plus

Job Requirements:

Must have 5 - 7 years of experience in Cybersecurity compliance

Maintain a current awareness and understanding of appropriate consumer financial laws, regulations, and internal policies/standards required to comply
