Decision Analyst

This is a Decision/Product analyst position within the Deposit Product Management team responsible for supporting Consumer, Business Banking, Commercial, and Wealth Deposit Products. The Deposit Product Management team is responsible for achieving account, balance, and fee revenue growth for deposit products and related pricing across all business segments. You will be responsible for and become an expert in providing data support and analysis to define the strategy and tactics to meet those goals. In this role, you will be partnering with other Product Managers to:

- Define the data necessary to define a strategy, solve a problem, or make a recommendation
- Identify the source of data and query the database
- Analyze the results of the query
- Visualize and summarize analysis
- Present and communicate the results and recommendations

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Mathematical disciplines, or other technical (i.e. Engineering) degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing analytics, product management, or related experience (i.e. Marketing Operations)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data manipulation tools such as SAS, SQL, Business Objects, or other tools to query large databases and manipulate large data files.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Banking or Finance is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communications skills; written and verbal
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
