Job Description

Lead process improvement initiatives for the Default Mgmt teams with core focus on project management and workflow optimization


• Work on various projects to support Credit Administration (Credit Risk & Default Mgmt)
• Proactively identify existing processes and procedures within the business areas that can be streamlined and automated
• Work closely with Senior Management and all levels of staff to provide reliable data, reports, and analysis upon which decisions can be made
• Ability to map existing processes and work with business areas, vendors and IT to define and implement best practices
• Compose and document business and technical processes
• Attend and Conduct Meetings, as needed.
• Ability to lead Projects of various sizes

Basic Qualifications:


• Bachelor's Degree or at least 4 years' of Business analyst experience in a default servicing environment
• At least 5 years of business analyst or project management experience to include requirement gathering and interfacing between business segments and IT

Preferred Qualifications


• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS
• Functional knowledge of the MSP servicing platform
• Data-mining and querying capabilities with Oracle or other databases preferred
• Experience with UAT testing preferred
• Proven ability in mapping, documenting and improving processes through technical solutions
• Ability to listen to changing business needs and make recommendations
• Effectively work with lines of business and Information Systems along with various other groups.
• Stellar interpersonal skills including proven track record of establishing and effectively managing relationships, influencing outcomes, resolving conflicts and collaborating successfully.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to listen, understand and interpret end-customer requirements
• Analysis skills to interview and gather requirements
• Ability to create functional and technical specs and end-user documentation
• Represents the Collections Department as the IT liaison on projects.
• Ability to work non-standard hours when required
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Ability to analyze and organize large amounts of data
