Job Description

The Digital Business and Vendor Analyst position will focus on supporting the business objectives of our Digital Channels Group, which include Huntington's customer-facing Online and Mobile services.

Detailed Description:

  • Develops in-depth understanding of business and vendor Accessibility processes to determine technical or procedural improvements and appropriate oversight processes.
  • Performs Accessibility business and vendor oversight by reviewing SLAs, management reports, quality results, etc.
  • Oversees accessibility reviews and supports accessibility functions including being SME on testing tools
  • Drives remediation of accessibility issues, quality assurance, and other control enhancements to support online and mobile service delivery.
  • Develops supporting documentation, including processes, procedures related to Digital Accessibility Standards.
  • Partners with key stakeholders to provide education, update Accessibility Standards and gain compliance with accessibility objectives.
  • Performs accessibility testing to validate processes and assist with change management activities.
  • Communicates effectively across multiple segments and with external vendors in both written and verbal forms.
  • Performs and participates in ad hoc projects and/or assignments as requested.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum of 1 year of work experience in Digital Accessibility, Vendor Management, Risk Management, Product Management, Digital Services, or Banking Operations; or High School diploma with minimum of 5 years of work experience in Digital Accessibility, Vendor Management, Risk Management, Product Management, Digital Services, or Banking Operations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Previous Experience with Digital Accessibility and knowledge of Accessibility terms and tools
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
