Basic Qualifications

  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of call center sales and/or online technical experience
  • Ability to multitask and assist multiple customers at once
  • Must possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, including typing, grammar and spelling proficiency
  • Desired candidates will have a strong referral/sales record
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications, various internet browsers and Quicken/QuickBooks is a plus
  • Experience with tech support in any capacity


  • Candidates must be available to work day or afternoon shifts during the week and on Saturdays as part of their normal permanent schedule. Shifts will be assigned based on business needs.
