Job Description:

  • Develop and execute an ongoing communications plan for Enterprise Data to enable the ability to "tell the story"
  • Facilitate training and change management plans for the adoption of Enterprise Data
  • Build and track metrics of the benefits related to Enterprise Data
  • Prepare presentations and maintain communication vehicles via Essentials, Sharepoint, etc
  • Work with HR to build data/analytic reporting job families

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the finance/banking industry with experience on a large transformation project
  • 3+ years in project management
  • 3+ years of experience in communications and/or training

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent writing and presentation design skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (including SharePoint)
  • Proven track record of partnering with a diverse group of individuals
  • Ability to strengthen, simplify and visually present complex information
  • Must have experience leading change management initiatives
