Job Description:

  • Drive data management practices around the creation, collection & usage of master data for customers and accounts, enterprise reference data & hierarchy data.
  • Drive buildout of enterprise wide data management structure to ingrain it into the fabric of Huntington
  • Drive data quality processes/approaches, including the collection and usage of technical & business metadata as well as the creation and usage of data quality dashboards
  • Establish and manage data stewardship relationships
  • Lead the Data Trustee Council
  • Prioritize work & data quality improvements based on business strategy, regulatory needs and strategic programs

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of experience in a data environment including data management, warehousing and/or big data
  • 3+ years managing managers
  • 3+ years managing data quality processes
  • 3+ years using master data tools and/or managing the processes
  • 3+ years using metadata tools and/or managing the process

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable and experience with data management processes and reference data, systems and technologies
  • Demonstrated negotiation, presentation/communication, influencing skills and partnership skills
  • Outcome focused
  • Demonstrated perseverance
