Job Description

This Enterprise Fraud Specialist position is responsible for researching and resolving customer Debit Card/ATM transaction disputes. This is a part time position. The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm, however hours may be flexible.

Responsibilities include:

• Under minimal supervision, researches, responds to and resolves customer inquiries regarding debit card disputes; works with other areas to resolve specific issues.
• Ensures that customer disputes are handled in accordance with applicable regulations including Reg. Z, Reg E and the Mastercard Rules and Regulations.
• Performs miscellaneous clerical tasks, as assigned,

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of one year financial/banking experience required and/or Minimum of one year customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum one year previous Debit Card or Credit Card Fraud or transaction research experience, or equivalent education strongly preferred.
• Must have strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of CIS/OBS/Hogan DDA screens, Lotus Notes, ESS, FDRTsys/IPS preferred.
• Prior Reg E/Reg Z regulatory compliance experience preferred.
