The Equipment Finance Market Manager, Senior will be responsible for the following:


• Enhancing Huntington's knowledge of industry practices.
• Cultivating relationships with clients and prospects.
• Providing internal partners with executive level perspective and strategic direction to achieve long-term profit and growth goals.
• Serve as an executive level sponsor on large client relationships and in managements of other sales executives, focusing on all aspects of the largest or most complex leases or prospects.
• Manages all functions of the Renewable Energy Finance team within the Equipment Finance group.
• Responsible for development and implementation of a business strategy to meet profitability goals.
• Manages all elements of portfolio risk managements, sales efforts and personal involvement in business development calls.
• Coaching/counseling, developing work schedules, establishing group strategy.

Basic Requirements:


• Bachelor's Degree
• More than 10 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience in running a renewable energy group in a large financial institution with knowledge of structuring, credit underwriting, tax equity and modeling in project finance within the renewable energy industry.
• Strong management and mentoring skills
• Ability to resolve issues and drive performance
• Excellent client management skills
• Interact professionally and effectively with clients, business partners, and peers at all levels
• Critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical ability
