Job posting for Chief Continuous Improvement Officer & Chief Data Officer

Based in the downtown office at 41 South High Street, Columbus OH with some travel to Easton and/or Gateway locations as needed.

Provides administrative and office management support for Huntington's Chief Continuous Improvement Officer, Chief Data Officer, and the CI Central team. The executive assistant is responsible to organize, manage and coordinate supporting activities to ensure the objectives, priorities, and deliverables of the CCIO, CDO, and CIC are met and exceeded. In addition the EA will provide levels of business analyst support to assist in the advancement of key programs, projects, and critical deliverables as assigned.

Job Duties

  1. Calendar, Schedule, and Support Management: Manage, prioritize, coordinate and follows-up on schedules for conference calls, internal and external meetings, offsite gatherings, and other related activity to ensure dailyweeklymonthly priority alignment without conflict. This includes handling travel arrangements, external trips and itineraries, expense report processing and opening, tracking, and approving internal support, expense, and supply acquisition tickets and requests.
  2. Logistics & Events: Plan and execute meetings and gatherings including arranging for appropriate logistical requirements such as rooms, conferencing numbers, invites, Audio/Visual needs, food & drink requirements, distribute meeting materials, etc -- this includes but is not limited to managing event planning to include: celebrations, team building and morale events, and employee communication meetings as requested. This may also include taking notes, distributing after meeting content, and/or transcribing notes and information from meetings, events, and workshops.
  3. Communication & Interaction: Provides extraordinary communication, care, and service skills in interacting with colleagues throughout the organization for the acquisition, distribution, and understanding of information, follow-up, and/or change request. This includes the ability to coordinate, collect, consolidate, and prepare presentation materials to be used in meetings and conferences
  4. Team & People Processing: Handle all people movement (onboarding, offboarding, add/moves/changes, etc), confidential salary and benefit administration, and performance management coordination in alignment and with the support of the assigned HR manager and teams.
  5. Data & Content Analysis & Summarization: Transcribing, Assessing, Analyzing, and Affinitizing raw content from workshops, meeting events, or working sessions in order to translate data to information and then to insights in a presentable and tell-able data-driven story. This may also include summarizing reports, white papers, proposals, or other internal or external reports in order to research, discover, and consolidate key relevant and salient points.
  6. Projects & Assignments: Will participate on projects and assignments as needed to provide administrative and/or business analyst support to key leaders as assigned.
  7. Perform all duties with the highest responsibility, confidentiality, and service heart with clarity of priority while being able to provide information and resolve problems where multiple nonstandard solutions are available.

The Executive Assistant is the critical navigator and chief communicator of their Executive's day, week, and month -- and therefore will give great care to being in sync, in alignment, and representing the team and company well with great communication, organization, coordination of content, activity, and deliverables.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative support role for a senior executive
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in business analyst role

  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software and company systems
  • Ability to use teamwork to resolve issues and collaborate with others

  • Ability to understand executive's priorities and confidentiality
  • Ability to rearrange schedules, meetings, and calls should the need arise
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
