Job Description

This position will work in the Senior Trust Office and provide support to the Personal Trust line of business. The position will include performing a variety of assignments of moderate complexity that require attention to detail and exceptional customer service to internal clients, including:

  • Daily oversight of the administrative review process to ensure that administrative reviews are completed timely and accurately, including reconciliation and communication regarding late reviews, sample testing of completed reviews and preparing committee and management reporting.
  • Review reporting on Personal Trust account activity for compliance with policies and procedures and communicate with the front office and middle office regarding identified issues.
  • Assist with the pre-acceptance account review process, including reviewing pre-acceptance review forms and providing necessary approvals.
  • Own the business process for the preparation of clean account administration reporting to management and perform quality control on the underlying reporting.
  • Facilitate communication with the front office, including monitoring the Senior Trust Office mailbox, routing requests to appropriate parties and providing approvals, as appropriate
  • Assist in preparing periodic and monthly communications with the front office, including materials for the monthly Personal Trust practice calls.
  • Maintain Personal Trust documents on internal websites, including agreements, procedures and general information to ensure quality control and management and act as the single point of contact to coordinate required approvals from management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, compliance, investments and/or trust

  • Proven organizational skills and ability to work successfully, independently, and proactively in a team environment
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal and influencing skills needed to interact with individuals at various professional levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
