Our Financial Analyst Senior - CCAR - FR Y-14A/DFAST 14A is an integral member of the Financial Information Team. The Financial Information Team is a high profile function, providing financial information to business segments across the Bank. The position will have a high level of visibility within the organization with opportunities to work directly with Management and interact very closely with other groups throughout Huntington, including the Controllers, Treasury, Enterprise Risk, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Enterprise Risk, Model Development, Balance Sheet Management (BSM), Change Management and the Enterprise Information Management (EIM) Teams.

The core responsibilities focus on Huntington's Capital Plan activities related to CCAR ( FR Y-14A & DFAST 14A), specifically Balance Sheet (BS), Income Statement (IS), and Retail Balance & Loss Schedules (RBL). This position will work to build, enhance and maintain process flows, risk controls, and other necessary documentation related to the aforementioned schedules. Other core responsibilities will involve data quality analysis, data accuracy analysis, driving process improvements, and working on remediation projects. Responsibilities include:

• Perform Data Aggregation function as related to dynamic FR-Y14A needs (BS, IS, RBL), which includes data quality and accuracy analysis, and reconciliations to the GL, Call Report, and FR Y-9C.
• Ensure that reporting is consistent with CCAR and DFAST rules and regulations
• Maintain and/or modify the data process chain between QRM and Essbase cubes as needed for Capital Plan Reporting activities
• Serve as a collaborator with partners and peers across Huntington
• Analyze and create solutions for data needs in a changing Regulatory Reporting environment
• Assist in driving process efficiencies and continuous process improvement efforts and related projects.
• Assist in data quality improvement projects.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5 or more years' experience that may be a combination of finance and/or accounting experience that includes experience using SQL and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preference: Accounting/Finance/Technology
• Familiarity with change management, including the designing and implementing of change controls
• Essbase, VBA, and SAS preferred.
• Familiarity with forecasting and analysis with a financial services firm
• Familiarity with Comprehensive Capital Assessment and Review (CCAR) FR Y-14A and DFAST 14A
• Familiarity with Other Regulatory Reports a plus, includes FR Y-9C and Call Report (FFIEC 041)
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under demanding time frames and respond appropriately and competently to the demands of work challenges
• Ability to quickly analyze large data sets, provide explanations of variances and drivers, and communicate the impacts to Senior Management
• Flexibility to work under pressure to meet changing work requirements and strict deadlines.
