Identity and Access Management (IAM) - Engineer

Detailed Description:
* Serve as the Identity and Access Management RBAC engineer for the bank.
* Supports delivery and implementation of Role Based Access Controls for applications, infrastructure and business groups.
* Ensure that Huntington's identity & access management services are designed to be compliant with security and privacy standards and other industry standards and practices
* Work with Portfolio Manager deliver RBAC projects and key milestones
* Helps to develop enterprise wide standards for identity and access management
* Consult with business units when implementing access for new systems
* Create a repeatable process to transition to the RBAC framework
* Work closely with Infrastructure and application teams to define/document roles, resource groups, user accounts, and entitlements for approved projects
* Perform QA validation for RBAC templates created by RBAC project team
* Provide training and support for Role Engineers in the Identity and Access Management team

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree
* Min 3 years of experience in managing Identity and Access Management related functions

Preferred Qualifications:
* Ability to present and deliver at executive level program metrics articulating needs in quantifiable fashion, and identifying issues through quantitative analysis
* Active Directory administration skills, including AD monitoring, troubleshooting, and Group Policy Management
* Privileged Access Management (PAM) or Privileged Identity Management (PIM) concepts and processes
* Experience with Active Directory Federation Services, Microfocus NetIQ, SailPoint, etc.
* Support ticketing systems (ServiceNow, etc.)
* Experience with CyberArk
* Multi-factor authentication technologies
* Familiarity with the standards for SSO technologies such as SAML2, OAuth2,
* Knowledge and experience with Identity and Access Management technologies
* Experience with user provisioning, system authorization, PKI, MFA, AAA solutions, and password vaulting systems and services
* 2+ years of experience in Information Security or in management of a cross functional department
* 2+ years of experience gathering requirements and demonstrating successful delivery
* Ability to drive large scale complex initiatives, asking for assistance and justifying that need along the way
* Interact professionally and effectively with clients, business partners, and peers at all levels
