Job Description

Brief Description:

Responsible for providing application support for a broad range of security tools, helping to identify and mitigate information security risks. Responsible for providing "stable" production environments for InfoSec applications.

Detailed Description:

  • Provide Tier 2 On-call Support for InfoSec tools
  • Responsible for Issue/Problem Management including Root Cause Analysis
  • Perform application software patching
  • Design and implement "application monitoring" controls
  • Maintain Technical Currency
  • Monitor system performance
  • Implement small enhancements
  • Perform regular maintenance
  • Automate manual processes (everyday CI)
  • Maintain system documentation
  • Conduct Disaster Recovery Tests and Application Access Re-certifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Min 3 years of experience in a technical role (System Administrator or Network Administrator or InfoSec Engineer)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail
  • Independent problem solver
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience with Python, Java, and/or PowerShell scripting languages
  • Strong background and familiarity with InfoSec Applications / Security Solutions including Certificate Management and Vulnerability Management
  • Knowledge of Database Monitoring tools including common database commands
  • Exposure to Forensic and Identity Access Management tools is a plus
