Role: InfoSec -- Identity and Access Management (IAM) - Engineer

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the Identity and Access Management PAM/PIM engineer for the bank.
  • Lead all programs and projects within the IAM domain related to PAM.
  • Lead & Support the BSA, Engineering, and QA teams as they deliver features and functions for PAM.
  • Ensure that Huntington's identity & access management services are designed to be compliant with security and privacy standards and other industry standards and practices
  • Work with Portfolio Manager to update and maintain PAM project roadmap
  • Prepare PAM demand items on the roadmap for execution, including driving program and project sizing, resource readiness, identification of cross impacts, and buy in from peer IT departments
  • Helps to develop enterprise wide standards for identity and access management
  • Consult with business units when implementing access levels for new systems

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge is required in:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in managing Identity and Access Management related functions:
    • Active Directory administration skills, including AD monitoring, troubleshooting, and Group Policy Management
    • Privileged Access Management (PAM) or Privileged Identity Management (PIM) concepts and processes
    • Active Directory Federation Services
    • Support ticketing systems (ServiceNow, etc.)
    • Experience with CyberArk
    • Multi-factor authentication technologies
    • Familiarity with the standards for SSO technologies such as SAML2, OAuth2,
    • Knowledge and experience with Identity and Access Management technologies
    • Experience with user provisioning, system authorization, PKI, MFA, AAA solutions, and password vaulting systems and services
  • 2+ years of experience in Program, Project & Portfolio Management
  • 2+ years of experience in Information Security or in management of a cross functional department

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to present and deliver at executive level program metrics articulating needs in quantifiable fashion, and identifying issues through quantitative analysis
  • Ability to drive large scale complex initiatives, asking for assistance and justifying that need along the way
  • Interact professionally and effectively with clients, business partners, and peers at all levels
