Detailed Description:

  • Develop or refine Huntington's multiyear Access Management strategy. This includes privileged management, least privileged access, and role based access control strategies among others
  • Evaluate the current state, drafted target state, roadmap, risk reduction profile, business case, and ramp plan of Huntington's current access management strategy
  • Refine elements above based on Industry expertise, best practices, and blended internal / external vision
  • Balance level of access protection required across factors such as Huntington's current size in market, regulatory requirements, and conflicting priorities. Develop pragmatic approach maximizing our investment in the capability
  • Provide expertise on where it is critical for the centralization of access management, vs a distributed model
  • Develop C level materials in business terms to support your vision, driving buy in and consensus of plan
  • Develop correlating staffing plan to support vision. Hire, staff, and manage team against plan
  • Drive the execution against roadmap, delivering capabilities and decreasing risk profile over time
  • Work with business segments to create and maintain access rules, matrices, and other business led access elements
  • Develop access policies, controls, and maintain them along the way
  • Partner with CISO, Director of Execution & Operations, Head Security Architect, Segment Risk Officers and Segment CIO's to drive data protection vision

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Min 7 years of experience in Information Security which includes min 5 years of experience in Access Management

  • Ability to drive consensus across an organization, conveying complex concepts in digestible business terms
