Job Description

Detailed Description:
* Manage team of 3-10 business system analysts in the creation of requirements documents for Information Security
* Assist Delivery Director and Lead Architect in the development of sound Information Security business requirements standards
* Partner with the business to understand business objectives of each program, and turn into business requirements
* Author some business requirements (25-50%) while managing team to write bulk of the business requirements (50-75%)
* Support IT delivery entities in the creation of their functional requirements documents (codeable, testable deliverable), based on the creation of your teams' security business requirements
* Where Information Security also serves as the IT delivery entity, author and manage team to author functional requirements documents
* Further support development and test teams on questions related to requirements
* Support business or policy departments in the creation of policies matching the functionality your requirements will deliver
* Act as point of contact for user acceptance testing against your business requirements, on behalf of your business
* Perform this function for a portfolio of 15-25 projects a year, managing a staff of 3-10 annually (onshore, FTE & FTC)
* Continue to refine and mature BSA team through enhanced metrics, reports, and understanding of each Security business entity

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree
* Min 7 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis & Requirements
* Min 3 years of experience leading a team

* Ability to manage 3-10 staff delegating and coaching appropriately
* Clear and effective communication skills, with both business and IT staff
* Ability to transform business concepts into business requirements
* Ability to distill business requirements into functional requirement documents (codeable, testable deliverable)
* Ability to size effort associated with requirements for complex projects
* Ability to understand and challenge staff to understand the business value of what we're building for each project
* Able to speak to each and every project in business terms
* Team building, management, and mentoring skills
* Interact professionally and effectively with clients, business partners, and peers at all levels
* Ability to balance driving a team, coaching and mentoring staff, while also creating a fun and balanced work environment
