Insurance Account Executive Sr. II

In this Insurance Account Executive role, you will partner with the Insurance Sales Executives to enhance the client experience by pro-actively taking ownership of client relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading new business and renewal meetings by partnering with the sales executive to implement a strategic planning process for clients
  • Coordinate and communicate client service needs to include directing and assisting team members as needed along with managing open enrollment meetings
  • Conducting data analysis reviews with clients
  • Directing the marketing process including submitting Requests For Proposals and negotiating coverage, pricing and conditions to meet client needs

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of having at least 9 years of employee benefits experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of employee benefits experience. Insurance agency experience preferred.
  • Must have large group account and self-funded-medical experience.
  • Position requires 40% to 60% travel
