Job Description

The individual in this position will provide administrative support to one or more Investment Officers. Daily responsibilities include: responding to client inquiries, processing transactions related to client accounts, setting client appointments, and preparing financial reports. You will have the opportunity to become licensed and continue to grow with the Company.

This Client Relationship Specialist II position provides exemplary customer service at all times.

The individual in this position:

  • Builds an effective rapport with clients and Huntington personnel.
  • Services customers by providing detailed information on specific accounts.
  • Identifies, researches, analyzes and resolves customer account/operational issues.
  • Prepares various internal reports, memos and correspondence.
  • Maintains up to date knowledge of products, services, departmental systems and related technology, policies and procedures.
  • Duties may also include typing, answering telephones and filing.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Licensing required: Series 6 and Life & Health required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Series 7, 63/65 or 66 may be encouraged based upon department structure needs
  • Strong customer service skills, highly motivated, focused, and goal oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up
  • Ability to build and expand quality internal customer relationships
  • Ability to multi-task
