Job Description

Detailed Description:
• Plans, Develops, and Executes Desktop validations and performance related activities
• Analyze results and provides comprehensive reporting that is data driven.
• Works closely with solution architects, engineers and operations team to ensure requirements are met.
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical documentation and provide meaningful feedback.
• Utilized APM and infrastructure tools to identify potential issues in the environment and create awareness for the operational teams
• Perform deep dive troubleshooting as they pertain to problem records and incidents.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Min 5 years in End User Computing supporting greater 10,000+ workstations/laptops/VDI desktops and supporting more than 200+ locations.

Preferred Qualifications:
• 4+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Systems Operations Manager (SCOM), and Writing System Center Reports, in 2012/2016 experience.
• Experience with desktop test automation is a plus, Example TestComplete
• 3+ years of experience in PowerShell and VBScript.
• Hands-on experience with APM, infrastructure, and networking tools.
• Proven Windows 7/10 knowledge and expertise.
• Experience in security related areas such as Group Policy, Antivirus, Anti-malware, etc..
• A solid understanding of networking concepts and technologies including: Ethernet, Wireless, DNS, firewalls, and DHCP are required.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting desktop imaging and workstation deployment.
• Ability to conduct research into hardware, software and issues as required.
• Experience with configuration, incident, and change management process
• Technical documentation skilled required
• Excellent verbal and good written communication skills
