Detailed Description

Develop Oracle-based applications using the Oracle Enterprise Business Suite (EBS) and code, test, implement and support application extensions and customizations. Develop new programs, reports, interfaces, and extensions based on published designs and standards. Troubleshoot, maintain, update, and tune existing code. Configure Oracle Applications setups, deploy program and data updates, map and link business and development processes, and ensure integration of EBS with third party applications. Analyze data, diagnose problems, and assist in proposing solutions. Serves as tech lead for Oracle Advanced Benefits Open Enrollment configurations and mentors junior developers on Oracle EBS processes. Collaborates with team members in code deployments, development reviews, solution design, production support, and learns new technologies and platforms.

 Job Requirements

  •  Master's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Three years of Oracle EBS implementation experience using General Ledger, Application Object library, Oracle Workflow Builder, Human Capital Management, Compensation Work Bench, Advanced Benefits, and Payroll modules.
  • Experience must include deploying customizations to the Oracle Apps environment, at both the database and middle tier levels, developing Oracle Reports and Oracle Approval Management Engine configurations for reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE) objects, designing Oracle Application Framework extensions, building reports using BI Publisher, designing workflow processes using Oracle Workflow Builder, and use of Oracle tools and coding languages including SQL, DDL, PL/SQL, JDeveloper, and UNIX Scripting.
  • Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, and five years of Oracle EBS implementation experience, including performing the duties and use of technologies noted above, is acceptable.
