Detailed Description

Serve as senior administrator to architect, build, expand and support Huntington's Enterprise Content Management (ECM) System. Lead medium to large scale ECM (IBM P8 platform, IBM Content Navigator, IBM Case Manager, IBM Datacap) projects that impact other applications and technologies. Design and implement upgrades, patches and other maintenance tasks to keep the ECM system current and highly available. Work closely with other IT Admin/Support teams and with IBM Support to resolve complex issues and to provide a highly available ECM system. Provide estimates for infrastructure upgrade projects. Trouble-shoot and resolve production issues. Assist with training and mentoring less experienced staff. Provide 24/7 production support for end users as needed.

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, and 3 years of experience which must include: Installation, administration, support, and maintenance of IBM FileNet P8 4.x/5.x, Datacap 8.x/9.x and Case Manager 5.x.
  • IBM FileNet P8 5.x based ECM including Content Management and Process Management.
  • Promoting P8 assets from lower to higher environment (DEV, SIT, QA and PROD).
  • FileNet system sizing and performance tuning; Working with IBM Support on escalated issues.
  • Using IBM FileNet Single Sign On(SSO), DB2 HADR (High Availability Disaster Recovery), Unix/Linux operating system, WebSphere Application Server and MS SQL Server.
