Brief Description:

We are currently seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) RACF Security Administrator. This role works closely with infrastructure architecture, engineering, operations, application development, IT risk, compliance, and business teams to provision/deprovision access within Huntington Bank. The position primarily provisions, deprovisions within the RACF system while partnering and granting access through and in a variety of other tools and infrastructures such as, Active Directory, NetIQ Identity Manager, as well as Business Applications.

Detailed Description:


• Provision and deprovision access requests within the RACF System as well as various applications and technology systems (Business Applications, Windows Servers, Unix, MS SQL, Oracle, RACF, and others)
• Work and troubleshoot access related incidents
• Contribute to the IAM Access Administration SLA adherence, audit compliance, and management of defined performance metrics
• Assure adherence to required IAM Controls, policies, standards, procedures, guidelines, and processes.
• Partner with the team to participate in knowledge share sessions to ensure cross-training and resiliency.
• Work with a tight-knit team with a spirit of open and frequent communication with a partnership mentality
• Partner with the team to identify and drive delivery of opportunities to automate, improve efficiency, reduce the number of steps to perform the function while ensuring quality
• Partner with team to identify and minimize access control issues, excessive access and segregation of duty (SOD) concerns and/or other risks that may be present
• Partner with IT teams to provide guidance for developing and maintaining appropriate RunBook procedural documentation which meets relevant compliance standards regarding access and identity management.
• Participate in discussions to further review and refine existing RBAC structures.
• Determine and propose recommendations for access management controls to further enhance security.
• Any and all other projects and/or activities as assigned



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


• 3-5 Years performing provisioning/deprovisioning within RACF and experience with authentication methods and entitlement management.
• Bachelor's Degree



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


• CISM, CISA, or CISSP certifications preferred.


• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management Access Administration standard frameworks and Policies
• 2 years working experience with fundamental RACF structure, DB2, DataSets, Connect Groups, etc. and Vanguard Reporting
• Knowledge in provisioning access to various technology systems such as AD, LDAP, Unix platforms, Databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL) as well as familiarity with systems (Microsoft, NetIQ) and Business applications.
• Experience documenting procedures and an ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
• Work with a tight-knit team with a spirit of open and frequent communication with a partnership mentality.
