Brief Description:

IT Security Admin Supervisor is responsible for daily oversight of the User Access Administration (UAA) team. They will be the primary interface and frontline for all UAA related activities. These activities include but are not limited to; maintaining service-levels, Service Delivery, metrics and reporting, service quality, client satisfaction, and partner relationships.

Detailed Description:

  • Supervises team that creates, deletes and modifies user system access/authentication processes on multiple assigned system platforms
  • Supervises team that analyzes and maintains security profile and file permissions to assigned computer resources and information
  • Supervises team that provides in-depth troubleshooting and support for escalated issues of a complex nature and provides 2nd and 3rd level user support to one or more of the following environments; RACF, Lnotes, Novell, DB2, Internet Access and Security Access controls
  • Collaborate with other cross-functional technology teams and business leaders on business, technology and facilities initiatives
  • Identifies system security issues and recommends solutions
  • Troubleshoots, trains and assists users experiencing procedural system access problems
  • Develops and maintains work related procedures, forms and instructions
  • Leads access control and authentication projects as project lead. These projects include audits and operations related accesses
  • Responsible for audits (internal, external and SOX controls) and other security related assigned projects and various other duties as assigned
  • Supervises team of IT Security Admin specialists and Sr's on direction of their areas of expertise
  • Maintain a professional, optimistic, and energetic presence that instills confidence in the team
  • Maintain alignment with business goals and service level requirements
  • Coach, inspire, and hold individuals accountable to improve their performance and their skills
  • Create the environment for clear communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution
  • Foster constructive conflict, open dialog, and feedback
  • Prepare and conduct performance reviews

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • So 3 years of User Access Provisioning and management/supervisor experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies in the enterprise space
  • JCL Knowledge is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to self-motivate and be flexible within a fast-paced environment
  • Hands on, team player with a proactive bias and optimistic outlook
