Brief Description:

We are currently seeking an IT Security Analyst. In this role, the successful candidate will be part of the team responsible for access certification "access reviews" for Huntington's applications and infrastructure. This candidate will work closely with cross-functional technical partners, infrastructure architecture, engineering, operations, application development, IT risk, compliance, and business teams within Huntington Bank.

Detailed Description:

  • Contribute and evolve performance metrics, departmental tools, SharePoint administration, automation and solutions to improve performance and efficiency
  • Support activities and tools that drive SLA adherence, audit compliance, and management of delivery against these metrics
  • Will provide technical and consultative support on technical matters pertaining to Identity and Access Management, NetIQ and EPV operations
  • Partner with cross-functional partners to ensure data integration from various environments, Mainframe/RACF System as well as various applications and technology systems (Business Applications, Windows Servers, Unix, MS SQL, Oracle, reporting tools and other environments)
  • Assure adherence to required IAM Controls, policies, standards, procedures, guidelines, and processes as well as ensuring the appropriate level of evidence is provided.
  • Participate in knowledge share sessions to ensure cross-training and resiliency.
  • Work with a tight-knit team with a spirit of open and frequent communication with a partnership mentality
  • Partner with IT teams to provide guidance for developing and maintaining appropriate procedural documentation which meets relevant compliance standards
  • Partner with the team to identify and drive delivery of opportunities to automate, improve efficiency, reduce the number of steps to perform the function while ensuring quality
  • Partner with team to identify and minimize access control issues, excessive access and segregation of duty (SOD) concerns and/or other risks that may be present
  • Develop and maintain appropriate procedural documentation and departmental SOPs meet relevant compliance standards
  • Participate in discussions to further review and refine existing RBAC methodology as it relates to the roles and responsibilities of the department
  • Determine and propose recommendations for access management controls to further enhance security.
  • Any and all other projects and/or activities as assigned

 Basic Qualifications:

  • Min 1 year of IAM controls, policies, provisioning/de provisioning of access as well as certification methods and entitlement management
  • Min 1 year of experience with SharePoint administration, understanding of IAM technologies and integration with distributed environments
  • Bachelor's Degree

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within an operational team or area and with excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • CISM, CISA, or CISSP certifications preferred.
  • Knowledge of IAM standard frameworks, policies and controls as well as Access Certification
  • Knowledge of IAM practices and various technology systems such as AD, LDAP, Unix platforms, Databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL) as well as familiarity with systems (Microsoft, NetIQ) and Business applications.
  • Experience documenting procedures and an ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
