Job Description:

  • Responsible for all aspects of the P&L for the Mass Affluent deposit households.
  • Defines the products and strategic execution to meet deposit balance and revenue growth targets.
  • Analyze and review products, recommend changes to maximize competiveness, customer experience and profitability.
  • Forecast and monitor all drivers of the business: accounts, households, balances, margin, fee income, expense, etc.
  • Formulate and implement new marketing initiatives, new product features, new criteria, new communications programs, or IT projects in order to increase acquisition, retention, balances and profit.
  • Partner with key stakeholder from product, pricing, marketing, sales, branches, technology, payments, investments, digital, and risk in order to ensure mutual goals are achieved.
  • Maintain an awareness of new trends and development for the mass affluent segment and supporting deposit products, investments, and pricing.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of banking product experience; P&L management experience; investments experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree
  • Proven analytical ability (data mining, forecasting)
  • Must have the appropriate financial management experience and analytical capability to translate hard data into strategic plans
  • Ability to resolve issues and drive performance
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Practiced in advanced mathematics -- econometrics, advanced algebra, price elasticity, probability, and statistics
  • Experience in project planning and management, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Candid and concise communication skills
  • Excellent executive-level presentation skills
  • Outstanding leadership skills
  • Must be savvy and passionate about driving results and continually innovating
