Brief Description:
Expanded focus on the accessibility of customer master data has driven the need for additional engineers and analysts to complete our journey. As part of this initiative, we are building a single team focusing on Customer Master Data and extending capabilities and simplified access for our channels.

Detailed Description:
The person taking on this role will lead a team to accomplish the following:


• Leading migration of legacy customer master data model to IBM InfoSphere MDM solution
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Enterprises Services teams to create standard interface patterns and guidelines for access to Master Data
• Define and lead the execution of MDM architecture roadmaps.
• Leads and assesses data model and data quality for implementation gaps
• Support the development and roll out of new data policies and procedures.
• Participates as member of the Data Governance Organization.
• Supports the MDM platform in the operations and engineering environment.

Basic Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree.
• Min 10 years of experience in working with one of the master data model (MDM) products -- (IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management Server, Infomatica MDM, SAP MDM, Oracle DRM, Oracle Product Hub, Oracle Customer Hub, Microsoft MDS)

Preferred Qualifications:


• Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight.
• Prior experience with application delivery using an Onshore/Offshore model
• Prior experience with leading MDM projects
• Experience with business processes across multiple Master data domains
• Experience with an end to end implementation of a MDM solution e.g., IBM InfoSphere MDM or Oracle products
